We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7-15 days of delivery with photos/videos as proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

• Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, we will reship the correct item or issue a refund.

• Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us for a resolution.

• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or personal preferences.
